Job Description:Program Manager. Our team drives a broad range of shared services functions that include Operations, Data and BI, Compliance and Controls, Role Excellence, Business Solutions & amp amp Tools, and Readiness for both the Enterprise Services and Customer Support and Services Business. We are looking for a Program Manager who is looking for an exciting challenge to join the HQ Operations team in Hyderabad managing several mission critical programs, including our support of Compliance training and adoption. This is a high visibility role, with direct support of performance and operational accountability of vendor/ managed service teams performing the daily operational activities. You will act as the custodian of several key processes, with a primary focus of ensuring support for the accuracy and compliance of all Sales and Delivery contracts. You would be joining the team at an exciting time of transformation with tremendous opportunity for impact and influence. The ideal candidate will be a high performing individual, preferably with existing Services experience, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills. The core areas of responsibility for this position are: - Ensures adherence to Policies and Business Rules and updates relevant documents to ensure they reflect business needs - Takes a proactive role in identifying process deficiencies and helps execute process improvement initiatives - Identifies organization s compliance training needs - Maintains support of the Services Operations and responses to queries from the end-users, as well as mission critical operational processes for month-end reports. - Becomes the Subject Matter Expert and the go-to person when the support group is unable to find solutions elsewhere concerning matters of compliance. - Works well in a team environment and on ad hoc projects - Promotes cross-departmental collaboration in order to meet business goals - Assists in conducting investigation into any violations of the rules, regulations and policy and procedures, contributes to compliance risk assessments - Identifies aggregate, report and escalate compliance risks, issues and control enhancements Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Self-motivated with a strong drive to continuously improve processes - Ability to work under deadlines - A deep understanding of compliance adoption and risk factors and the ability to mitigate risk - Proven ability to look at the world through the eyes of others and interpret business needs in a way that drives the success of others. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), good collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively across groups - Microsoft Global Services experience preferred - Performance management of operational programs - Attention to detail, highly organized and strong process-focused aptitude - Strong organizational skills and ability to positively influence others - Able to think creatively, be analytically minded, objective and independent, - Can deal with ambiguity and thrive in a highly dynamic fast paced environment - Project Management skills - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative business solutions One Microsoft, One Services Microsoft Services, with over 21,500 employees worldwide, is dedicated to delivering on Microsoft s mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
