Job Description:1. Sales Achieve Net AUM in high margin products as per the targets Achieve the SIP monthly trigger as per the targets Achievement of Sales targets inclusive of High margin and Low margin products allocated for Lucknow market. 2. Distribution Establish, develop and maintain business by selling all products of the AMC through various distribution channels including IFAs and Direct Sales to clients / corporates. Broad base the distribution network Conduct regular visits to all the distribution branches and IFAs in Lucknow market Conduct regular trainings for the distributor staff and IFAs related to AMC products Plan and carry out effective distributor engagement activities within the Lucknow market and local area proactively. 3. Marketing Act as an agent of brand building for the company Ensure adequate marketing support provided to Distributors at all times Carry out marketing activities for the Distributor and IFAs Inputs to develop sales & amp amp marketing support tools required to provide better service to the distributor Facilitate upward feedback for the product development process 4. Team Management Manage the Team of Sales personnel to achieve the allocated AUM targets through them Ensure Sales Team is adequately trained and competent to perform their tasks Monitor the progress made by each member and give timely feedback so as to enable team members accomplish desired results Formulate and implement the internal and external training programs for sales officers of the company and distributors staff Experience - required minimum 6 yrs of experience in any Mutual Fund in India. Person with Local connect and having stayed in Lucknow market is preferred. NISM certificate is mandatory.
