Job Description:# Looking after recruitment process in the region at all levels and all channels like Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Wholesale, Rural business and others. # Performance Management Process end-to-end responsibility of objective setting, mid year reviews, year end appraisals, calibration, performance review discussions, development planning. # Main focus on job and candidate profiling and timely provision for appropriate Manpower as per Business needs. # Alignment of individual performance objectives with critical business goals, identification of development needs, inputs and facilitation to ensure quality of PMS and execution of development plans. # Identification and classification of talent pool with line Managers and discussions for the identified talent pool to critical positions. # Focus on developing people capability to achieve sustainable business growth in line with the overall objectives of the organization by focusing on Soft Skills Training. # Processes for communication on HR policies, organizational changes and business results. # Coordinating with 3rd Party Staffing Vendor for administrative support # Managing Timely and accurate payroll inputs, Communication of Compensation with new joinees and ensuring clarity. # Regional Benefit administration with regards to Medical Insurance, EISC. # Responsible for the overall HR compliance on Labour Law front in the various functioning of the Branch operations # Effective administration, communication and clarification of policies. # Act as trusted people champion ensuring all Branch team members are treated fairly and respected. # Fosters trust and teamwork between the corporate office and other regional and Branch office team. # Drive the sales incentive program & communication around region. # Continuously monitor, review & report the change management status. # Ensure timely completion of all HR processes and with superior quality. # Drive statutory compliance at the regional and branch office locations. # Develop and implement the employee engagement calendar for the year. # Handle all employee grievances at the regional level and work towards early resolution of the same.
